The breakfast had great variety. I liked the skybar very much. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It.
My room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. It also had no USB sockets. The bathroom had no curtains which I found odd. I could see other properties from there.

the JQ room offered a lovely view from the 17th floor. a huge bed ensured good rest. i found casting into the tv easy.
the smell when i walked in was a mixture of mustiness and damp. i found it gross. there were basic amenities missing from the room such as a kettle and a phone. the rooms felt small and not much space was available to walk around with two people and cases.

i thought my room were spacious and provided a nice space to relax. the lobby has a cool vibe, i did enjoy the games near the bar. i finded the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay, particularly at the reception area.
i noticed the spa getted crowded quickly. this affected my ability to fully enjoy the facilities there. i wished they managed the number of guests better, this would improve the overall experience.

mixed feelings about my stay
comfortable bedlack of amenitiescustomer experience
the bed was comfortable , and i slept well.
I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities in the room , like a kettle and tea , available on request only. there was also no phone to contact the reception directly . I had to search for a number online and navigate through several options to get through. the extra charges for many facilities seemed a bit much , it could definitely improve on their customer experience.

the spacious large double room was great (i really enjoyed the extra space). we had a lovely view from the 15th floor. anna at reception.

the staff were amazing. interiors were fine and there was so much to do. the jq room had a lovely view from the 17th floor. the bed was huge.
the facilities are not ideal for people with allergies or who are sensitive to strong scents. there was a strong scent, especially in the corridors that triggered my allergies. i sneezed a lot and my nose was clogged .
